This is a 10-inch Iraqi kukri with a blocker and gripper handle. The 10-inch Iraqi kukri has one of the best handles which makes it extremely comfortable to handle. The Grip of the 10-inch Iraqi kukri handle is made in such a way that it fights right in the fingers, making it easy to hold the Knife comfortably. This is a replica of famous kukri used during the operations in Iraq by the Gurkha’s.
It is a full tang blade with a triple fuller blade, fixed rosewood handle with 3 rivets, and traditional Nepali glue called Laha. The length of the blade is 10 inch and the handle is 5 inches, making the overall length 15 inches. The kukri weighs about 750 grams. The kukri comes with two small accessory blades which are used for polishing and sharpening along with a water buffalo and pinewood scabbard.
We highly recommend that the wooden parts on all kukri are treated with the appropriate timber oil or wood treatment prior to use to protect and prolong the life of the timber. All of our exquisite Kukri’s are hand-made and as such there will be variations in size, weight, timber color, and other such features that make them unique and distinguishable from machine-made imitations. Buyers must be 18 yrs and over to purchase any knife or sword. Please note that the kukris are shipped directly from Nepal.
